General Information

Let's start by collecting some information about your company:

This name will identify you to CrewBeacon, as well as to your field crews when they register.
This should be the physical address of your main office.
This is the phone number that would be communicated to your customers.

Account Contact Information

Help us know who to contact first when we need to communicate information about your account:

We suggest one primary point of contact that can help route us to the correct departments when needed. You are authorizing this person to make decisions on your customer account, which may affect billing.

Back-Office User Account

This initial user will have all permissions turned on by default. You will be able to login and create additional users, as needed.

Once created, the system will automatically generate an initial password and forward it to the email address you specified.

By submitting this information, you are initiating a customer account relationship with Crew Beacon LLC, and requesting the provisioning and access to the CrewBeacon platform. No payment is currently due, and no credit card information is required at this time, however, you acknowledge that you are bound by the payment terms of the Trackr product tier as well as all other terms and agreements published on this website or within the platform. A 45-day free trial period will commence once your portal has been created and login credentials have been forwarded to the System Administrator specified above.
